Warning: I have a hard time telling some of their voices apart sometimes, so I may mis-attribute some statements here and there. I'm sorry, I know I suck ><
During the opening talk, they discussed seasons since August is about to end. Yoko asked Tacchon what season he likes, and he said summer. But that if it could be any season forever, it'd have to be spring or autumn. When pushed to decide between the two, he chose spring. Yoko and Maru said they'd prefer autumn, while Hina prefers spring. Tacchon's reason was that spring isn't cold, but Yoko insisted that autumn was warmer than spring. (I guess he was trying to extend the conversation, but it's really not the kind of topic you can really discuss) While promoting autumn, Yoko revealed his TRUE motive: FOOD! Basically he just thinks autumn food is the best because of all the stewed dishes and aromatic foods. Fashion-wise, Hina likes winter. The others agreed, because it's hard to look good in just a t-shirt and jeans (I think because you really can't do anything to improve your looks much; there's too little clothing to hide your physical flaws).

Toukou Soudan Monogatari (Submitted Advice Legend ... literal translations always suck, by the way)
In this corner, they take submissions from listeners with problems and try to resolve them. This one was from a girl whose boyfriend's birthday was coming up soon, and she needed an idea on what to get him. Yoko started telling a story about his friend who wanted similar advice, but he was complaining that he didn't have enough money for a good gift besides not being able to think of what to get her. But his plan for their date that night was to take her to a nice steakhouse, and whenever they "cheers"-ed someone working there would bring the girlfriend a rose. Yoko sounded all annoyed at him for being able to do that but not being able to afford or think of a gift. Yoko made fun of Tacchon for saying "haho" (I think he was just stumbling over his words). Yoko said he'd never give flowers as a present.
Yoko talked about calling her up at the very last minute to wish her a happy birthday (I didn't catch him saying anything about why that would be GOOD to do.. haha), and Hina said that he did that once! He didn't really elaborate though. Tacchon's suggestion was to hide a ring in some pudding and give it to her. "Why PUDDING?!" Yoko said ice would work better. He said you could give her a snowman (with a ring hidden inside), and she'd put it on her nightstand and when she woke up it'd have melted and there'd be a ring. But Tacchon brought up the fact that she might just throw it away. (Seriously, if you had a REAL snowman, would you leave it by your BED?) Yoko said that rather than the gift itself, he thinks the situation is more important.
Yoko said he'd want a trip certificate, and after they laughed at him for a second, he explained that it was more like a "this certificate is good for _!" kind of thing that you make by hand. They talked some more, but really..it was all pretty much the same stuff as before. No shocking revelations or anything like that.

(Sorry, I can never understand the quote corner >< But what they were giggling about after Hina read the quote was that Maru said the name of the guy who said it with a rising intonation, like he was asking a question.)
Manga Corner
This time they discussed Morinaga Ai's "Gokuraku Seishun Hockey-bu" manga. It's about a girl who joined the hockey team (for some silly reason, I'm sure), but it turned out that all the others on the team were male. (Shock! ... ?) Yoko said reading it made him happy, cause it was a cheery manga and the girl is cute, especially her sleeping face. Maru: "I like it too♥"
Because they spent so much time on the counseling session, there wasn't much time for the manga. (Usually it takes up about half of the show.)
Ending
The wasabeef chips were presented to the girl who sent in the question about her boyfriend's birthday, because she was the ONLY person whose question they read.
